STUDENTS ENGAGE IN INDEPENDENT RESEARCH PROJECTS ON A TOPIC OF THEIR CHOICE RELATED TO FOOD, NUTRITION AND/OR DIETETICS. THE COURSE IS A CELEBRATION OF LEARNING, DRAWING ON COURSES TAKEN THROUGHOUT THE DEGREE. CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE MOST WELCOME.
